C3: Employee Housing

Since 1991, Univanich has constructed 230 houses for our plantation employees who now enjoy a high standard of accommodation and community facilities. As a result of this programme the company has been able to develop a skilled and stable workforce which can successfully implement many ongoing productivity improvements.

The houses shown here in Univanich's Siam Palm Estate are typical of 5 unit blocks provided for plantation workers and their families.
