Please be informed that Univanich Palm Oil Public Company Limited has changed the address of Company Head Office from No. 68/2 Patipat Road, Tambon Talad Yai, Muang District, Phuket Province to No. 258 Aoluk-Laemsak Road, Tambon Aoluk Tai, Aoluk District, Krabi Province 81110 according to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders No. 41 held on 23rd April 2010 at Millennium Hilton Bangkok Hotel, Charoennakorn Road, Klongsarn, Bangkok.

The company has already completed the registration of this change in the Company’s Memorandum of Association and Company’s Affidavit.
