The Notice of the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, together with related documents, has been publicised on the company’s website www.univanich.com from March 22, 2011. These documents together with the company’s 2010 Annual Report booklet will be posted to all shareholders 14 days prior to the meeting and also published on the company’s website.
